Day 1: Limerick & Medieval Castle Banquet

• Your tour starts at 2:00 pm when you meet your tour director at your Limerick hotel. Please note that Limerick is 16 miles from Shannon Airport.
• Take a short drive around Limerick and visit King John’s Castle, built in the 13th century on King’s Island next to the River Shannon to protect the city
• Join your tour director for a welcome drink and then spend the evening at Knappogue or Bunratty Castle for a medieval-style banquet

Day 2: Cliffs of Moher & Jaunting Car Ride

• Drive through Ennis and on to visit the Cliffs of Moher, which rise almost 700 feet above the Atlantic Sea
• Take a ferry to cross the River Shannon Estuary and travel along the River Shore to the port village of Foynes
• Pay a visit to the Flying Boat & Maritime Museum in Foynes, which recalls the days of early passenger flights across the Atlantic travel. Here learn how to make a perfect Irish coffee as this was where the drink was first created
• Next head to Killarney, a picturesque town located in Kerry and famous for its beautiful National Park and Lakes
• Take a traditional jaunting car through Killarney National Park to Ross Castle, a 15^th century on the edge of Lough Leane to view the magnificent mountain backdrop
• Check in to your hotel and enjoy some free time exploring the town before dinner

Day 3 Ring of Kerry | Sheepdog Demonstration | Rozzers Restaurant

Visit Moriarty’s, in the beautiful Gap of Dunloe, then embark on Ireland’s most popular scenic drive, the Ring of Kerry. You’ll have plenty of photo stops along the route, which features some of Ireland’s most spectacular scenery and some of the locations from the Star Wars films. Passing through Waterville and the village of Sneem, stop at Moll’s Gap for views of the mountainous Macgillycuddy’s Reeks. Spend some free time in Kenmare, then visit a sheep farm and watch the expert sheepdogs demonstrate their skills. Return to Killarney for dinner at the award-winning Rozzers Restaurant at The Killeen House.

Day 4: Blarney Castle & Cobh Heritage Centre

• The next stop is Blarney village in County Cork.
• Visit the world famous Blarney Castle, and climb to the top of the tower to kiss the Blarney Stone to receive the “gift of eloquence”, or locally known as the “gift of the gab”, or take a stroll through the beautiful grounds and gardens.
• Visit the Blarney Woollen Mills for quality Irish-made goods for great gifts or souvenirs of your trip.
• Head to the town of Cobh in Cork, the last port of call for RMS Titanic before embarking on her voyage, and tour Cobh Heritage Centre to learn about the conditions for emigrants on early sailing ships.
• Journey along the coast to Waterford City to check in to your hotel.
• In the evening, stroll through the city with a local historian to learn about Waterford’s Viking and medieval past.

Day 5: Waterford Crystal & 6th Century Glendalough

• Witness the creation of crystal masterpieces during your visit to the House of Waterford Crystal. Travel through the stunning scenery of the Wicklow Mountains on the way to Glendalough, one of Ireland’s most beautiful destinations. There you’ll explore the remains of one of the most important monastic sites in Ireland, founded by St. Kevin in the 6th century. Continue on to your hotel overlooking Dublin Bay and Dun Laoghaire Harbor. Dine on Irish specialties at the Merry Ploughboy Pub while enjoying a lively show of traditional Irish songs and step-dancing. (B, D)

Day 6: Dublin Sightseeing Tour & Glasnevin Museum way

• Enjoy a guided tour of Dublin City, learning about its Viking history and see its elegant Georgian townhouses with their brightly coloured doors.
• Cross the River Liffey to view historic O’Connell Street.
• Take a tour of Glasnevin Museum, which is a final resting place for many famous people of modern Irish history, including Daniel O’Connell, Michael Collins, Charles Stewart Parnell and Brendan Behan
• Enjoy an afternoon free to explore the rest of the city and avail of your independent open-top bus tour voucher, which will take to you visit to Guinness Storehouse, the General Post Office Museum and other famous attractions.

Day 7: Irish National Stud & Dromoland Castle Hotel

• Visit the home of equine royalty, The Irish National Stud, where you’ll see impeccably-bred stallions alongside protective mares, frolicking foals, and athletic yearlings. Stroll around the delightful grounds to explore St. Fiachra’s Garden, including its miniature Japanese Gardens. Travel to the majestic and deluxe Dromoland Castle Hotel. Relax in the elegant surroundings of this wonderful fairy tale castle. Savor a delicious farewell dinner in the oak-paneled dining room. (B, D)
