Day 1 – Meath

Travel to the mysterious County of Meath known as the Royal County which derives its name from the Second Century AD as a territory for the High Kings of Ireland.

It contains a number of ancient monuments, and, according to tradition, was the seat of Árd Rí na hÉireann, or the High King of Ireland. Recent scholarship claims that despite the rich narratives derived from mythologies, Tara was not so much a true seat of kingship, but a sacral site associated with kingship rituals.
The famous River Boyne flows gently through County Meath and along Co. Louth before flowing into the Irish Sea at Drogheda. You will be able to get picture perfect images of the Boyne in Trim. Day 2 – Donegal
Leave Meath @ 9am and head to Donegal via Enniskillen.
You will stop at Enniskillen castle and have lunch in Enniskillen before heading to Donegal.

Day 3 – Galway

Day 4 & 5 – Kerry
Leave Galway and travel down through Clare to see The Cliffs of Moher.

Day 6 – Kilkenny
Depart Killarney and travel through the midlands of Ireland, which has some of the best farmland in Ireland.

At Blarney Castle climb the ramparts to kiss the famous stone and gain the “Gift of Eloquence.” If you do not wish to climb the castle, take a walk through the spacious parklands to view Blarney House, stately old trees and colourful borders. Continue to Kilkenny where you will visit Smithwicks experience. This thriving and busy city has many historic streets and buildings which you will see as you are walking along the Medieval Mile, the main thoroughfare

Day 7 – Dublin
You will travel through Dublin city
You will travel through Dublin city to see historic buildings such as Trinity College, where the Book of Kells is housed; rows of Georgian houses and the new buildings around the Financial Centre beside the River Liffey. Hit the Guinness Storehouse for a pint of the black stuff and pull your own pint! Relax for the evening and enjoy your farewell dinner before you leave Ireland with many happy memories and stories to take home with you.
