Day 1 – Westmeath

Travel to the hidden county of Westmeath.
Westmeath is the 20th largest of Ireland’s 32 counties by area and the 22nd largest in terms of population.
County Westmeath is sometimes referred to as “The Lake County” due to the abundance of lakes, streams and other waterways in the county. This inland county is part of the midlands and is in the province of Leinster. County Westmeath has a long and colorful history that predates its official charter.
Athlone is home to Séan’s bar, Séan’s Bar, Ireland’s oldest pub which is 1,119 years old and is still going strong.

Day 2 & 3 – Tipperary
You will head towards Tipperary making a stop in Kilkenny where you will visit Kilkenny Smithwicks experience. This thriving and busy city has many historic streets and buildings which you will see as you are walking along the Medieval Mile, the main thoroughfare. After Kilkenny you will be on route to the amazing 5 star Cashel Palace hotel where you will relax for 2 nights.
On day 3 you will take in Rock of Cashel & Cahir Castle. The Rock of Cashel, also known as Cashel of the Kings and St. Patrick’s Rock, is a historical site located at Cashel, County Tipperary. Cahir castle – Cahir Castle, one of the largest castles in Ireland, is sited on an island in the river Suir. It was built in 1142 by Conchobar Ua Briain, King of Thomond. Now situated in Cahir town centre, County Tipperary

Day 4 – Kerry
You will experience a portion of Ireland’s most stunning scenic drives – the 100 miles long Ring of Kerry which you take in part of it. You will inhale the breathtaking sights of the Macgillycuddy’s Reeks as well as coastal views of beaches and cliffs. Learn about the offshore islands where early Christian monks lived in austere conditions. Stop for a stroll around Sneem, with its brightly-painted houses and again at Moll’s Gap for panoramic views of Ireland’s highest mountains and deepest valleys

Day 5 – Clare
You will continue your journey to Clare, take in the Cliffs of Moher, a spectacular wall of sandstone that reaches to almost 700 feet above the Atlantic Ocean. Take in Poulnabrone Dolmen before heading to Bunratty where you can check out Durty Nellies and Bunratty castle.

Day 6 – Dublin
You will travel through Dublin city to see historic buildings such as Trinity College, where the Book of Kells is housed; rows of Georgian houses, and the new buildings around the Financial Centre beside the River Liffey. Hit the Guinness Storehouse for a pint of the black stuff and pull your own pint! Relax for the evening and enjoy your farewell dinner before you leave Ireland with many happy memories and stories to take home with you.
